Fabs Martins is a lifelong learner, teacher, and sharer of knowledge. After a thriving corporate career as Global Vice President in market research, he chose a path of personal transformation, blending his professional expertise with his passion for the DeRose Method. Fabs now helps others simplify life, improve performance, and connect with their potential\u2014whether through workshops, mentoring, or teaching at DeRose Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

Fabs Martins\u2019 journey began in 1999, fresh out of Durham University with a degree in Business and Economics. His first role in New York City launched a promising career, taking him to Brazil to help set up an office. But despite the outward success, Fabs found himself overwhelmed by stress and challenges, both professionally and personally.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was during this time in Brazil that Fabs discovered the DeRose Method<\/strong> \u2014 a transformative system that gave him the tools to manage stress, improve focus, and boost productivity. The results were profound: within months, his career regained momentum, and he began to thrive both at work and in life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fabs\u2019 career would take him across the globe<\/strong> \u2014 New Zealand, Hong Kong, Portugal, back to the UK and the US, and eventually to Amsterdam<\/strong>. Along the way, he rose to become Global Vice President at a leading market research firm, spearheading the creation of a business unit that grew revenues tenfold while working with global giants like Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Nestl\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Yet, Fabs realised true success was more than career milestones. Inspired by the impact of the DeRose Method, he stepped away from the corporate world to focus on teaching and mentoring others. Certified as a DeRose Method teacher in 2008, Fabs first founded DeRose TriBeCa in 2012 and then founded DeRose Amsterdam in 2020 to help others achieve wellbeing, focus, personal growth and evolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, Fabs shares his expertise and life lessons with individuals and teams around the world, be it on stage, online or at his schools, Fabs blends his global business experience with his passion for the transformative power of the DeRose Method.<\/strong><\/p>\n
